Hồng Anh finds joy in writing and creating. She is eager to explore more aspects of the media industry and journalism.

From 2020 to 2025, she worked for the Thời Đại magazine (in English: VietnamTimes), where she covered topics such as people-to-people diplomacy, NGO activities, and occasionally delving into culture and lifestyle. 

In 2022, Hồng Anh and her colleagues at Thời Đại's English-language board earned a third prize at the National Award on External Information Service for their work, 'Healing the Wounds of the US War in Vietnam: Reconciliation and Forgiveness.'

During her last two years at Thời Đại, she was in charge of leading the English-language board.

Since August 2025, she has collaborated with the External Television Department under national broadcaster VTV to produce television reports for Vietnam Today channel. Her reports introduce stories of Vietnamese artisans and artists who yearn to bring Vietnamese cultural values closer to the young generations and international audience.
